SARAH YOUNG Quiet Achiever

Sarah began ballet at the age of six under Carolyn Forbes at the Ann-Maree School of Dancing in Sydney

Completed ballet grades from primary to Grade 5, receiving Honours

Pre elementary – studied with Robyn Newton at BAL Headquarters and ballet teacher Carolyn Forbes, receiving Honours

Completed Elementary in 2001 with Honours

Attended the Australian Ballet School Summer School in Melbourne, 2001

Recently completed Intermediated Ballet, achieving Highly Commended

Awarded Incentive Scholarships in 2000, 2001 and 2003 after Pre Elementary, Elementary and Intermediate Ballet examinations

Beside attending BAL summer schools and winter school, Sarah has completed numerous ballet workshops and master classes with a variety of distinguished ballet teachers and choreographers
