Ever wondered how this is worked out?
When a student receives an Honours pass in their exam they earn for their school a certain number of points. The higher the Honours mark, the higher the points. To achieve Honours for Highland exams, students must obtain between 85 to 100 marks, for example 85 marks earn one point, 99 marks earn twenty points !

It is a little more difficult for ballet, tap, jazz and character students who must achieve 90 marks to be awarded Honours (1 point)
